Who Can Be A Vendor?

Old Town Auburn Antique & Vintage Street Fair is a curated event, bringing together antique and vintage collectible merchants, as well as food and drink vendors. All collectibles must be thirty (30) years or older; we do not sell crafted or newly manufactured goods at this event. Please list the items you plan to sell in your application.

Food vendors must fit into maximum of 2 booth spaces. Sorry, no large food trucks allowed.

All vendors are subject to a jury process for vendor selection.

What Are the Fees?

Vendor fees are $75 per 10' x 10' space. Payment must be received within seven days of application approval, and a minimum of two days prior to event participation.

Any space used beyond the first area will be subject to a charge for each additional space, unless otherwise agreed upon.

It's easy to submit your vendor application for the Antique & Vintage Street Fair using our online vendor registration system.  Simply follow the link below to submit your application.

What Happens Next?

All applications will be reviewed by the event committee and selected via jury process. Approved vendor applicants will be notified within 30 days of intial application. Following approval, vendors must complete the final application by June 21, 2020. Requirements include California Seller's Permit, Placer County Environmental Health Permit (Food Vendors only), City of Auburn Business License (Food Trucks only), agree to terms and conditions, and submission of vendor fee payment.

Vendor instructions including check-in and vendor map layout will be sent out the week of the event.
